Tasting Notes: Rukatac (also known as Maraština) is an incredibly old indigenous Croatian varietal that found its origins in Dalmatia, and spread across the Mediterranean due to its high quality. The varietal can be very fragrant and fruity and, given its modest acidity levels, does very well making fresh wines with skin maceration.

This Rukatac is very aromatic, popping with white tea leaves and mandarin orange peel, and flavors of yellow pear, citrus, and a lengthy salinity to makes this wine perfect for sipping on the seaside with fresh cracked sea urchin, flavorful salads and a variety of seafood.
