Tasting Notes: Normally a robust wine, this Plavac Mali is more youthful and bright. It is still rustic, like plavac should be, but easygoing and casual at the same time. Aromas of plum and cherry are followed by mouth-watering acidity and chewy, earthy fruitiness and which lingers on the palate.
Ideal for casual fare: BBQ, burgers, or čevapi, kebabs, steak, grilled squid or harder cheeses like parmeggiano.
