Terrain: The terrain of the entire Štajerska region is made up of steep-sloped vineyards and narrow, wind-rich hill valleys. A diverse geological soil composition, consisting mainly of sand and clay with marl in the lower layers. The vineyards spread out over the finest wine-growing sites of Haloze Hills.

Vinification: 15 days warm skin maceration followed by spontaneous fermentation with no added yeast. Aged for 9 months in used French oak, with no fining or filtration, and only minimal sulfur addition used at blending.

Tasting Notes: Rose gold in color and bursting with exotic aromatics of honeysuckle, jasmine, and white flowers. On the palate, lively acidity bursting with white peach, Asian pear, nectarine and gingered minerality.

Another masterpiece of balance by Bojan. Distinctly a skin contact white, but still maintaining a subtle nuance and freshness. This wine is perfect at cellar temp. Pour alongside crudo, seafood based Asian dishes, chicken schwarma, or just enjoying an extremely refreshing wine that can be pondered about for hours.
